Personal Guarantee

In order to induce Hunt Irrigation, Inc., to extend credit to the undersigned (hereafter referred to as the "Guarantor"), and all related companies, assigned and successors, I unconditionally personally guarantee the debt due to Hunt Irrigation, Inc., and understand that the extension of credit by Hunt Irrigation, Inc., is based upon its personal guarantee. I agree to bind myself to pay Hunt Irrigation, Inc., on demand any sums which may become due to Hunt Irrigation, Inc., on this account whenever the applicant company/individual shall fail to pay the sum, together with costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) incurred by Hunt Irrigation, Inc., in the collections of the account. This guarantee shall continue in existence until properly revoked in writing, shall be effective despite renewal, modification or waiver by Hunt Irrigation, Inc., of any of the applicant company's/individual's obligations hereunder, and no such modification renewal or waiver shall be operate to defeat this guarantee.
