Clean out flower beds – Prepare for Perennials & Shrubs

- Rake lawn and landscape to remove leaves and debris from last fall
- Have lawn power raked on a bi-annual basis (Especially if you mulch mow)
- Start Planting new perennials, trees & shrubs
- Bluegrass and Fescues should be mowed at 3 inches
- Call HUNT IRRIGATION to set up a spring start-up or spring maintenance. If you choose to pressurize your own system be sure to do a zone inspection to insure all sprinklers are adjusted correctly and that the system has incurred no damage over the winter.
- Controllers should be set to 70% on the water budget and apply approximately 1 inch of water a week. Drip zones should not be activated yet.
