WIRING DETECTION AND ALERTS (PRO-HC)
Pro-HC controllers continuously monitor the electrical current flowing to your solenoid valves. If the current is too high or too low, Hydrawise will alert you and tell you which valve is not working properly. This allows you to correct a failed valve before damage is done to plant materials.
ADVANCED SENSOR PORTS
Two general purpose sensor ports can be used for many different functions. Sensor port works with the Hunter HC flow meters, the Hunter Clik sensor range and standard rain and soil sensors to stop irrigation. The sensor ports can also start an irrigation cycle. This allow you to create custom starts based on sensor readings.

Automatic short circuit protection is a feature found in all Hunter AC powered controllers. This feature automatically detects electrical faults, which are typically caused by wiring issues. Only affected stations are skipped, allowing all other stations to water normally as programmed. There are no fuses to blow or internal circuit breakers to trip, so complete irrigation system shutdown is avoided.
QUICK CHECK™
The QuickCheck feature makes field wiring issues easy to assess with the push of a button. QuickCheck displays an ERR message when a field wiring short is detected on a particular station number.
SEASONAL ADJUSTMENT: GLOBAL OR AUTOMATIC UPDATES WITH SOLAR SYNC
This feature allows for quick adjustments to irrigation run times through a percentage scale. During peak season, set the seasonal adjustment to 100%. If weather conditions require less water, enter the appropriate percentage value (i.e. 50%) to cut down irrigation run times without the need to adjust each station in the program. This model offers two different ways to use Seasonal Adjustment to reduce water usage: Global and Daily.
Global: The Global option provides a Seasonal Adjustment percentage to all station Run Times on all of the controller’s Programs.
Daily: With the addition of a Solar Sync ET Sensor, the controller has the ability to automatically implement daily adjustments based on measured local weather.

Users can program a delay between stations as the controller advances from one station to the next. This delay can range from a few seconds (to permit slow-closing valves additional time to close) to a much longer period of time (to allow pressure tanks time to recharge), based on user requirements.

The ability to specify which program or stations will be shut down in response to a specific sensor alarm. This allows stations or programs unaffected by the sensor to continue automatic operations.
NON-WATER DAYS
Day(s) of the week can be programmed OFF in advance, so that irrigation does not occur regardless of program interval schedules. For example, if the gardener mows the lawn on Saturday, the Non-Water Days feature allows Saturday to be programmed OFF, so that watering will not occur.
I-CORE®
THE NEXT GENERATION OF COMMERCIAL CONTROL
The I-Core is Hunter’s controller for demanding commercial and high-end residential applications. Loaded with innovative features like state of the art flow monitoring, quick system overview access, a factory-installed SmartPort®, six language capability, and a bold, backlit display, the I-Core should be considered for most high-end irrigation projects. A big reason the I-Core is so unique is its sheer versatility. The plastic cabinet version is expandable from 6 to 30 stations, and the metal cabinet model can handle up to 42. REAL TIME FLOW MONITORING
This feature permits connection of a flow meter to recognize high or low flow conditions and react automatically to alarms. The controller learns typical flows for each zone of irrigation and then monitors performance during automatic irrigation. When incorrect flows are detected, the controller can identify the faulty station and shut it down. Used with a normally-closed Master Valve. Alarm parameters are user-programmable. Flow totals are also recorded in controller memory to report system water usage.

SENSOR PROGRAMMABILITY FOR I-CORE
Sensor Programmability feature allows the user to specify which stations should shut down in response to a sensor alarm, allowing specified stations or programs to run uninterrupted in the event of a sensor alarm.
CYCLE AND SOAK
This water-saving feature allows the operator to specify a maximum cycle time for each single station in hours, minutes, or seconds, followed by a minimum soak time, to prevent runoff from slopes or saturated soil. The operator can enter any run time, and the controller will automatically divide it into cycles to allow the water to be absorbed during the soak periods. The feature is adjustable for each individual station for unique soil and site conditions.
NO WATER WINDOW
User-specified periods of time during which the controller will not allow automatic irrigation. No Water Window can be used to comply with local watering restrictions or to prevent conflicts with pedestrian traffic. This setting does not affect manual watering options for local maintenance.

For isolated sites and power-restricted areas, the Hunter Node is the smart, reliable solution. The Node mounts to a valve’s solenoid quickly and easily, and without screws, drills or additional wires. The unit’s solid construction and waterproof exterior ensure it can handle the harsh environment of a valve box. The Node is powered by one or two 9V batteries and provides standard or extended power throughout the season. Rain Bird STPi Controller
Simple to use “At-a-Glance” programming allows you to see all of the irrigation schedule information for each specific zone at the same time on the controller.
- Independent zone control gives you the flexibility to easily accommodate the diverse watering needs of each zone.
- The STPi controller allows you to use multiple start times per day on an individual zone basis, helping you maintain a healthier lawn and garden.
- The “Adjust Water” feature enables you to easily increase or decrease the irrigation schedule as needed.
- In the event of a prolonged rain, you can easily suspend the irrigation schedule up to 72 hours using the controller’s Rain Delay feature.
- The “Water Now” feature allows you to simply apply additional water to irrigate a zone without impacting that zone’s previously set schedule.
- To help manage water restrictions, the controller can be set up to only water on specific days of the week or “odd or even” days.
- The current date and time, as well as the irrigation schedule are saved in the event of a power outage due to the controller’s non-volatile memory.

Start Times:
- Up to 4 start times (15 minute increments) can be assigned to each zone
- Overlapping start times will stack to prevent two zones from operating concurrently

- Each zone can water on any day combination (7 day week) or in ODD or EVEN day mode
Rain Delay:
- The entire irrigation schedule can be suspended up to 72 hours (12 hour increments)
Water Adjust:
- The irrigation schedule for the entire controller can be increased by 100% or decreased up to 90% (10% increments)

Here’s a scenario. The season is changing from Spring to Summer. The weather is getting warmer and that means adjusting your controllers to increase watering levels. With competing modular controllers you would have to drive out to each site and make adjustments manually.
